Reward FAQ

To invite a friend, log in to your HB account and click on 'My Rewards’ from Dashboard. You can also go to more option and select ‘Refer a friend’

• You can invite a friend through the following mediums:
• Sharing a code to your friend
• Sharing a link through Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
• Sharing a link through email.

• What do my friends need to do so that I can get the reward?

• When your friends receive your referral link and click on it, they will be redirected to the HB sign up page.
• Once they have signed up and registered with us, you have successfully generated a referral.
• You will receive your rewards after your friend creates a transaction and it gets paid.
• Please note that your friends must use the referral link or code that you specifically provide them so we can associate them with your referral to generate a reward.

• How do my friends need to use their account so that I will be eligible to revive rewards?

Your friends need to transfer money through HB, and once their transaction gets paid, you will receive a reward.

Log in to your HB Account. From the main menu, go to My Rewards, you will see the rewards.

Checking the status of your referrals is easy!

• Log in to your HB Account, Click on Option “More” and then click “My Rewards”:
• You will see the confirmed referral friends with their emails.

• I have not received my reward who do I contact about this?

We will be happy to help, but before contacting us, please check:

• Your balance. Referral rewards will be credited directly to your HB account.

• When do I get my reward?

• When you signup as new customer and registered successfully with us using HB Money Transfer Website/Apps you will get reward.
• Once your friend has completed a successful transaction by using the invitation link, and it gets paid, we will verify your reward, and you will receive it in the HB account.

• How to use the reward?

• You can use the reward amount while creating a minimum transaction sending amount (equal to GBP150, 200 EUR, 200 AUD, 1000 PLN, 2,000 NOK, 2000 SEK, 1500 DKK, 1000 RON, 200 CHF). 
• “Redeem Credit” option will be available on the first page of the transaction creation. Upon selection, a field will appear in which you are supposed to enter the amount (50%) you want to redeem from your available redeem credit.

Terms and Conditions - Refer a Friend

1. All HB Money Transfer customers will be eligible for participation in ‘Refer a Friend’.
2. All existing and new customers will be auto enrolled to participate in this program.
3. This offer is applicable for successful referrals made on, or after August 31, 2023.
4. Reward, i.e. 5 GBP, 5 EUR, 5 AUD, 25 PLN, 50 NOK, 50 SEK, 40 DKK, 25 RON, 5 CHF will be added in credits.
5. Only paid and completed transactions of referred persons will be considered for this program and transaction created by the referred friends should be
   • Equal to 150 GBP or above if the transaction is created from UK
   • Equal to 200 EUR or above if the transaction is created from Europe
   • Equal to 200 AUD or above if the transaction is created from Australia
   • Equal to 1000 PLN or above if the transaction is created from Poland
   • Equal to 2,000 NOK or above if the transaction is created from Norway
   • Equal to 2000 SEK or above if the transaction is created from Sweden
   • Equal to 1500 DKK or above if the transaction is created from Denmark
   • Equal to 1000 RON or above if the transaction is created from Romania
   • Equal to 200 CHF or above if the transaction is created from Switzerland
6. If your Referral was also referred by another user, you will earn a reward only if the Referral registers with your referral link. If your Referral uses another user's referral link to sign up, you will not receive the reward.
7. The amount earned by a customer under this referral program will be credited to the customer’s available credit in the ‘My Rewards’, for both, Mobile App.
8. Customer can redeem available credits while creating transactions with HB Money Transfer
9. Customer will be able to pay a maximum of 50% of their transaction amount from available credits in one transaction.
10. Credits and reward earned under this program will be customer specific and the customer will not be able to transfer, exchange, encash, return, or otherwise refund credit for own self or with other HB Money Transfer customers
11. Use of HB Money Transfer ‘Refer a Friend’ Request shall amount to the acceptance of the FAQ’s and Terms and Conditions in force at that time.
12. Terms and Conditions as well as the Promotion FAQs are intended to be legally binding
13. HB Money Transfer may ask you and your friend for any additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to fulfil HB’s KYC responsibilities for fraud prevention and/or its obligations under AML and CFT.
14. You may not be able to use the Services, or some features of the Services if you are located in certain regions, countries, or jurisdictions.
15. You are responsible for any personal tax as a consequence of rewards earned from this promotion and HB Money Transfer accepts no liability.
16. HB MONEY TRANSFER may reject or cancel any invite a friend request or subsequent reward for any discrepancy found in the request or if we find that the feature has been misused in any way, like appended examples:
    • Referring people in the same household as you
    • Non-compliance with applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction
    • The making of non-genuine payments
    • Inviting existing HB MONEY TRANSFER registered customers; and
    • Creating multiple or non-genuine accounts
17. We may revise the FAQs and Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion if needed.
18. HB MONEY TRANSFER reserves the right to cancel or suspend this promotion at any time.
19. Rewards are subject to verification. The Company may delay a Reward for investigation or for any other reason it deems appropriate. The Company may also refuse to verify and process any transaction that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Company’s Privacy Policy, or believes will impose potential liability on Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. All of the Company's decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, Credit or Reward is verified.
